Rain Playlist

It is raining today. Not just little sprinkles here and there...I'm talking cats and dogs. And I think it is absolutely wonderful. Living in Boston, you learn to despise the rain because it hinders your mobility and mean you have to break out the Wellies, umbrella, weather resistant coat and so on. It's quite an ordeal. Staying inside the dorm (unless it's with someone you love) is sad, because you're in the middle of the concrete jungle that is downtown Boston watching fat droplets of rain smack against the other buildings around you. But here, amongst the trees and wilderness, it's beautiful to watch and serve as a background to hours of self-cuddling in bed and watching movies. And for me, dreaming about running off to Paris, if only for a little while.
