Kimya Reviews NY Fashion Week

New York Fashion Week is always a big production. Crazy shows, crazy parties, celebrities, wannabes and above all clothes, clothes, clothes!

I think the best way to sum up the GAWJUS-ness is by superlatives. Enjoy!

Most wearable: Tory Burch; Clean lines, good pop of color, easily imitated by any hip downtown gal.

Collection I want to marry: Marchesa; I DIE. So pretty. I have looked at this collection probably a million times. If it were a man, I would marry it (sorry Zach)

Kookiest: Jeremy Scott; Um...what?

Red-Carpet worthy: Oscar de la Renta: I mean the is NO red carpet without Oscar. WOW WOW WOW.

Biggest Disappointment: Marc Jacobs; from one of my favorite designers. Everything was blah. The color, the shape, the design. Totally unimaginative.

Best Print-mixing: Anna Sui; Pattern mixing is an art and very hard to do, but Sui's '70's boho meets Eskimo princess does it well!

Best Back to School: Nanette Lepore; Comfy, casual, beautiful rich colors for fall. Now I have to think about going back to school before even getting out? WHAT IS THIS?!?!?!

Have a pretty weekend! (all photos courtesy of Style.com)
